Kayotic
Kayotic is the podcast for the beautifully chaotic women who are doing all the things — building businesses, raising babies, and trying not to lose themselves in the process. Hosted by Kaylee, a witty mom of four with a million passions, this show is like catching up with your brutally honest bestie who’s been through it.
Expect unfiltered solo episodes and raw conversations with real guests — from her boyfriend, besties & inspiring people — diving into the messy, magical reality of motherhood, mental health, entrepreneurship, and everything in between. Whether you're juggling a side hustle at nap time or starting a project at 9PM (guilty), Kayotic is here to remind you: you're not alone, and your chaos is kind of your superpower. From the highs to the hot mess moments, nothing’s off limits. We’re showing up messy, but moving forward anyway — because progress doesn’t require perfection.

Ep. 3: Reflecting on Maternity Leave & Postpartum
Maternity leave—16 weeks of beautiful, messy, exhausting, and emotional moments. Now, as I prepare to step back into work, I’m sitting with all the feelings—grief, anxiety, nostalgia, and even a little excitement for what’s next. In this episode, I’m peeling back the layers of my postpartum experience—the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
From the early days of navigating baby blues and leaning on a meal train (lifesaver, btw) to the pressure of “soaking it all in” and the unexpected identity shifts that came with this season, I’m getting real about it all. I’ll share what surprised me most this time around, my struggles with pumping and work-life balance, and the one mindset shift that’s helping me transition into this next chapter.
If you’re in the thick of it, about to return to work, or just need to hear from someone who gets it, this episode is for you. And if you’ve ever cried in the car on the way to work after maternity leave, just know—you’re not alone.
✨ Let’s keep the conversation going! Find me on Instagram (@groupchat.chronicles) and share your own postpartum reflections, struggles, or questions for future episodes. And don’t forget—new episodes are coming soon, including some unfiltered bestie banter and my hot take on actual self-care. See you there! K BYEEEEEE.
